In many cases, windshield repairs may be done in half an hour or less. Windshield replacements will often take 1 hour or less; however, we highly recommend that you do not drive the motor vehicle for about one hour after the service is completed.
Q: How long will it be before I can confidently operate my vehicle?
You can usually drive away one hour after a windshield auto glass replacement, or straight away after a fix or side window installation. Our service technicians use the best materials, including the industry's first adhesive with a one-hour drive-away time for windshield installations. The service tech will instruct you if any more time is required.
Q: Will I have to wait with my vehicle?
No, you don’t need to wait with your vehicle, but please have your car keys available for the technician.

Q: Will you be able to replace the tags that are currently on my windshield?
When possible, our trained service technicians will take exceptional care to remove any sticker labels or items that are affixed to your old auto glass and will switch them over to your new windshield to ensure that you will not lose the info.
Q: Are there any out of pocket expenses to get my auto glass fixed?
The answer depends on your insurance plan coverage. For glass repairs, most auto insurance companies waive the deductible so you will not have to pay anything out of pocket. In fact, many insurance providers do not even count glass repairs as a claim. For glass installation, you may not have to pay anything out of pocket if your auto insurance plan includes full glass coverage. Having said that, if your policy includes a deductible for glass replacement, then you will be accountable for the deductible amount and your insurance provider will pay any money over the deductible amount.
